I've installed many of these computers without problem. Windows 7 SP1 with Outlook 2010 (32-bit). Install Outlook, Install KOFF 7.2.0 Patch 1. Whether I run the auto-configure script or manually create the profile, it doesn't work. No AV software on the computer, no security restrictions. The manual creation often doesn't show the kerio messaging service. Once in a while I get it to appear, add the kerio user profile, but when I start Outlook it errors with "mapi was unable to load the information service kofmsp.dll" and closes. I've run fixmapi, removed and reinstalled office and koff numerous times. As I said, I've installed this many times successfully - any ideas?

Outlook has to be started at least once before installing Kerio Outlook Connector for correct MAPI initialization. Also, install Kerio Outlook Connector 7.2.2. There was a small bug in 7.2.0 installer.

I've never had to start Outlook before installing and configuring KOFF (done this many times). But I'll try the 722 version. Thanks.

It still doesn't work. Same message - mapi was unable to load the information service kofmsp.dll.

We recently had the same "mapi was unable to load the information service kofmsp.dll" error with one of our Kerio Connect 7.1.2 users running Outlook 2003 SP3 with Kerio Online Connector on a Windows XP Professional SP2 computer.

I tried for several days to fix this without success. However, it turned out that the Windows Mapi32.dll file was missing from its default location at C:\Windows\System32\Mapi32.dll.

I don't know what caused the Mapi32.dll file to disappear, but I fixed it by copying the Mapi32.dll file from a similar XP Pro computer into the C:\Windows\System32 folder on the problem PC. When I reopened Outlook 2003 all worked normally again.

Thanks but I checked that too - mapi32.dll is where is should be and sys32 and kerio connect folders are in the system path variable.
