Hello

It looks like there might be a problem with the network configuration. Can you please check that you have correctly configured NAT Support on the System -> Network Screen.

Assuming that your Operator is behind firewall with NAT, you should:
1. Check the "NAT enabled" checkbox
2. Fill the "Public IP address" field
3. Create an IP Address Aroup for your local network and use it in "Local IP Addresses"

Regards
Filip

Hello.

Thanks the answer.
When I enable NAT in the Operator the outsied phone's no outgoing call.
The firewall is a Kerio Controll and all rtpc port forward is ok.
No dropped UDP package when i call the outside phone's.
The outside phone's Linksys. I configured NAT in the phone's and registered the Operator.

Thanks

Hi,

Do I understand correctly that you have an issue when forwarding in incoming call to a mobile number? Can you provide the support information file from your Operator? It can be downloaded from Status > System Health. Please send the file in a private message to me or Filip.
