Hi,

is there any way to shrink the local database of the KOFF?

We have one profile what is really big (41GB Mails) so the KOFF synchronizes it locally to a very very big database.

How can i get rid of this? The user wants to use outlook and wouldn't switch anyway to another client.

In your situation, a useful way would be to archive as much as you can in PST-files and then empty the KOFF cache (resync the client). After that, attach the PST files to the account. If I'm not mistaken, the KOFF database does not shrink even if you delete mail, hence the complete resync.
