Hi,

We have been getting regular problems downloading mail to Kerio Connect from POP delivery configured to mail hosts when mail is 2 or 3MB upwards. With an upgrade of the line we have sorted a lot of the problem out but now the same happens just with 5 or 6MB and up.

The disappointing thing is that I cannot find a way to see that it is trying to download the message and how far it is in the download before it stops trying.

Please tell me if there is a way to see this type of progress information.
It would be very helpful to see in the logs that a POP download session has been started and follow the download progress.

Is there any technical data available regarding how the POP from web host procedure works, built in timeouts, prioritising between POP incoming and mail queue sending etc.

We are selling and installing this product but feel we do not have enough understanding of the background workings thereof.

Many Thanks
G
