I notice that problem at some of my clients after upgrade on Kerio Connect 7.
Usually they have 2 or 4 internet gates, ip addresses 1 local (internal LAN) and 1 public Internet gate for mail and web hosting and 3 Internet gates for db and backup http etc.
With Kerio mail servers 6xx it was working ok no problems .After upgrade on version 7 they can access only on Public ip and internal 127.0.0.1, local iP addresses from 192.168.x.x range are inaccessible.
Why I didn't find the reason god knows what I was trying on different servers and OS from Linux to Windows All. But I didn't find what is wrong with I hope that someone have answer. Surprised

I don't think that your network issues are caused by Kerio Connect. You should start with basic troubleshooting
- Do the ports listen?
- What is in the logs (server, system etc).
- Contact our technical support instead of user forums.
- Try telnet, ping and some basic network troubleshooting.
