I hope this information will assist someone else.

Our customer has Outlook 2003 SP3 on all their computers. When we moved to KERIO with the connector everyone had problems when taking any action with a received event message. They could not accept, decline, or mark as tentative and if they proposed a new time the organizer was changed to the recipient (although they could accept/decline incorrectly). In all cases the following message displayed.

You cannot respond to a meeting without an organizer. You must add an Organizer field to the item.

I finally found the following Microsoft hotfix that when applied fixed our problem:

Hope anyone else will not go through the trouble we had until we found this fix.
