We have very few users using Kerio Connect with Mobile Devices.
One of these is a "NokiaC700" showing to use "Mail for Exchange 3.00(0) / ActiveSync 12.1" in users details page for mobile devices.

About every 15 minutes I get the following lines in Error log:
Quote:
[16/Aug/2011 16:30:59] ASyncAirSync.cpp: ActiveSyncAirSync::ProcessCommand: Add command for e-mail message received from PDA ! (not supported yet)
[16/Aug/2011 16:31:02] Last message repeated 5 times

The corresponding debug log (with ActiveSync messages enabled) doesn't show anything special:
Quote:

Is there any possibility to keep the Error log from growing by telling us about "not yet supported" requests?
I would like to have these in the Debug log, but not in Error log - since everything is working as expected with the Phone!

Set log rotation by time or file size.

Is on your server enabled "AllowUnsupportedDevices"? These errors are important, there is possible some unsupported devices/commands can corrupt your data. I guess nobody will enable debug log if there is no visible problem, so they will not be informed everything is not OK Wink

Yes, I already actived log rotation.
No, I do not allow unsupported devices (I have read the related article, but never activated this option).

But if it is a real problem, how can I resolve it?
Should I tell the user to not use his (supported?!) Nokia phone any more?

You should report this error to the technical support, they will fill new bug for this issue and inform you when this error will be fixed.
