Hi, we've noticed that our calls have been dropping since the latest upgrade .. message logged is below - this never used to happen before the 1.1 series but we've noticed it with 1.1 and 1.1.1 today .. what causes this?

Hi,

This could be an issue with NAT. If you have Operator behind NAT, please configure NAT support in Configuration > System > Network (set the public IP address and local addresses range).

Hi Vladimir,

Our Operator machine is not behind NAT - it has a public IP and uses the built in firewall/security. It only seems to happen to some calls (and only since the 1.1 update - before that we had no issues)
