Have tried removing KOC 6.7.3 from and XP box. Needed to update to 7.2.2, 6.7.3 kept asking for a temp file that didn't exist. Could not uninstall, so deleted all references to KOC in registry and all files including temp and outlook addin's folder. There is nothing left on the PC's that refer's to kerio yet I am still getting a 1710 error saying there is an old version of Kerio still installed? What are the files and reg entries that need to be manually removed so a new install can be completed?

Cheers

I suggest try upgrade from 6.7 to 7.0 and then to 7.1 (or 7.2 if it will work).

Please check system requirements http://www.kerio.com/connect/requirements#tabset-tab-2 (e.g. KOFF 7.2 doesn't support Outlook XP) and all required Service Packs/updates in Outlook and system are installed.
