I've got a user who is receiving .xlsx file attachments. The user has Open Office installed on her PC (WinXP Pro SP3). We use the Kerio Webmail (v7.2.1)exclusively.

Double-clicking a .xlsx file attachment should launch Open Office Calc but instead we get an unknown file type. However, if I save the .xlsx file from the attachment to the desktop and then launch it, the file properly opens in Open Office Calc.

I thought Internet Explorer would use the file type defaults set in Folder Options. Where is Internet Explorer getting it's file extension settings?
