Hi I am a new user of Kerio and need a little help with sorting rules.

I have a POP3 account which acts as a catch all mailbox. Everything sent to *.mydomain.com get sent there. I would like this pop3 account to then distrubute the emails out to the correct users based on the email addresses.

So when info<_at_>mydomain.com gets sent, the pop3 mailbox will download and Kerio Connect will automatically send on to the user called info.

I have tried using the sorting rules and checked that my email hosting provider uses the email headings available in the drop down however the emails still aren't routing.

Can anyone advise where I am going wrong, I really dont want to have to create a sorting rules for each user so thier mail gets directed.

Thanks.

Sorry, but you have to create a rule for each user - there is no automatic string matching.

Thanks Phil_W
I have tried this, however, I now cannot get around the unrouted emails. As there are no sorting rules, an undelivered messages get sent back to the sender.

Setting up an *.mydomain.com sorting rule will store both unrouted messages but also all the emails which are successfully routed so would sooner not do this?

Any advice?

There is a nice example in the manual: http://manuals.kerio.com/connect/adminguide/en/sect-pop3dloa d.html
You just need to make sure that you're sorting the emails by correct email header. If you have any problem, you can enable POP3 download debug messages in the debug log. Or contact our technical support.
