One of our users is having the problem that he receives some mails twice. It's not always from the same sender and not all mails from the sender are affected. Can't be that every sender is doing something wrong, so it must be a problem with Kerio but we can't see a schema. The problem came like from nowhere.

We already checked our server config and the config of the user but can't see something unusual. Maybe someone can give me a hint.

I'm going mad because the user is already making me crazy... Mad

Probably some sieve rule duplicates the message - check user's Mail Filters.
You should enable "Message Delivery" modules in debug log to see more, e.g. "Alias expansion" and "Sieve Filters"

I would also check the duplicated emails and see if they are indeed going to the same address. Check the header and see if they are identical. I've seen emails sent to an user and an alias that points to the same user, and the user thought he was getting duplicated emails.

@Radek: That was the first thing my colleague checked. There are no filters activated, no alias, absolutely nothing. The logs also show nothing unusual. The log tells me the mail was delivered once?! I don't get it...

@tonyswu: The header is identical. I checked the source code and the only difference is one second time delay and the id for the second mail received.
