Hi,

I've got a client who uses Kerio and I got no clue about it so far, so I thought I'd better ask here for my problems. I tried search but since english is not my first language (and neither my clients versions language) I found nothing so far.

My question: According to my client there had been a (kerio) toolbar with a button to set up out of office replies.
This button went missing without warning.

How do I get this kerio toolbar? Can it just be installed from somewhere, or is it installed with the kerio connector and I need to do something to enable it?

thanks for your help!
Sam

I'm guessing that KOFF ran into some trouble and the ever helpful Outlook then disabled the KOFF add in.
You don't mention which version of Outlook you use but from memory I think in O2003 'Help' >'About Outlook' > 'Disabled items' and in O2007 'Tools' > 'Trust Centre' > 'Add ins' If KOFF is disabled here you can just highlight it and re-enable it.
