hello we just completed the upgraded to Kerio Connect 7.2.3 to fix our Blackberry sync problems for deletes. Everything in the upgrade has gone well except 1 problem. On 2 Windows 7 professional machines we have a problem installing the Kerio Updater service. We are logged into the machine as the domain administrator which has full rights to the machine. When we launch the MSI it freezes at the computing space requirements portion after extraction. A error window pops up that says cannot connect to the %APPDIR% network resource and just hangs. If you hit Retry it will pop up again a minute later. Cancel closes the installation.
This service needs to be installed before 7.3 comes out so I am not sure what to do. I have trolled the userforum and knowledgebase in search of a reason why this would not install as it has installed on several other windows 7 machines just fine when we upgraded to version 7.2.2 I have even tried to install the Kerio Update service from version 7.2.2 on there to no avail.
Any thoughts? comments? suggestions?
If there is any other information you need to assist in a resolution please let me know.

Have you tried running the KOFF installer? In our case it seemed to install the Kerio updater service along with the KOFF install. We saw one error similar to what you describe attempting to run the updater installer on Win7 but running the KOFF install installed both and they are working fine.
