We are getting non delivery reports trying to send email to .com.br addresses. The NDRs have the number 554 5.7.1 and state "Client host rejected: We don't accept Direct Delivery". How can we fix this?

If your mail server has a static IP address with forwards and backwards resolution, no history of spamming and otherwise a clean rap sheet, it's probably just an overeager mail admin at the receiving end. Send a mail to the postmaster at the receiving domain via a Gmail account (or something) and explain the situation. They may mistake your IP range for dynamic space (read: you are collateral damage in their spam filter).
