Users are receiving duplicate messages, but when I disable the POP3 download and look at what's being received on the ISP server, it is only 1 message for every message sent. So it seems somewhere between the POP3 download and delivery to the user mailbox, Kerio Connect is somehow creating a duplicate of the messages received. I've tried selecting the "Drop duplicate messages" box, but no change (which makes sense since there are no duplicate messages on the ISP server).
Anyone have a clue on this? Thanks for any help.
