We are running 7.2.3 and have found a problem when loading Outlook 2007.

"There was a problem reading one or more of your reminders. Some reminders may not appear"

This make none of the reminders show or popup.

This appears to be a bug in an Office update released by Microsoft, specifically KB2583910.

If you experience this problem you should uninstall KB2583910, and you will find that the problem goes away.

I hope this helps some people that might be having this problem, as no other fixes worked.

Microsoft hasn't confirmed this as a bug. Nobody else is reporting the issue except Kerio users. It appears to be a bug with Kerio not being compatible with the Microsoft update.

Perhaps not, so maybe I should have said: "This appears to be a bug when this update is used with Kerio"

The information contained is relevant nonetheless, regardless of whos fault it is.

Hi all, Thanks for the solution!
We have the same problem here since yesterday.
Rolling back the update in WSUS solved our problem.

Glad to hear it.

We also removed it from WSUS and it cleared up the issue.

I have been told that Kerio will have a fix available in 7.3

This should be solved by a hotfix , we can't tell end users to wait for a new release for weeks , we can't remove individual updates at each customers sites on individual computers , I have just around 75 users but even this number will cost us ALOT of money

The hotfix is available in 7.2.3patch1. The patch is available on demand from our Technical Support and in betatesting forum. Please contact our Technical Support or wait a few days for public release.
