Hi,
I have had some trouble getting Kerio to manually provision some of the phones in our department. We have about 40 to do, therefore I'm posting.

It seems i get varied results so I just thought I'd post to get some help. We already have a listing of extensions that we have to use (tie in with older system). Because of this, I can't auto provision them and have them pickup extensions on the go. What is the best way to have the Phones pick up an extension? CSV file import? Even with doing that or the manual entry, it seems like I have to go into the phone's web interface and alter some settings.

Am I missing something here that makes this simpler?

Thanks!

Hi,

Manual provisioning must be done in the phone's web interface or the phone's built-in menu.

Are the phones being used with the old system? If not, you could auto-provision them and leave them without extensions, then assign extensions as you migrate them from the old system.

Thanks,

I'll see if that works.
