I would like to know what would be the best way to achieve the following using Kerio.

I have around 20 users.
1 PA
2 Directors
The rest generally users.

PA needs to be able to send and receive e-mail, book and re-schedule meetings on behalf of both directors.

There are two meeting rooms set-up as resources and would like to be able to view all users diaries as well as all resources diaries in a single calendar.

THe client is using running on an os x platform and using Office for Mac 2004 - 2008 so using Entourage.

They currently have a sperate user setup "masterdiary" that they invite to all meetings which enables them to see all the meetings in this users calendar. This has it's issues and does not work as well as it needs to.

Could any one make any suggestions on how they would go about achieving this.

First, share needed folders from the directors to the PA with admin rights (inbox, calendar, etc etc.) Then setup Outlook to "send from" another address. Not perfect, but will work.

Folder sharing with KOFF is the best solution here. For sending, setup Outlook so you see the "From:" box in new e-mails and setup so they can send from another account that way.
