our Workspace tree contains many levels. I have come across a situation where I need to share one of the spaces nested in the tree. If I set unique sharing rights to this space (3 levels deep) the shared folder is not viewable in the recipients list of All Spaces. It is accessible via link however.

In addition, if you add the user to read rights of the root space then he is able to see all the spaces, including the one shared to him, with the correct rights on the shared space (contributor).

Unfortunately, we don't want this user to see all the spaces in our Workspace.

You could say just move this space to the root and share from there. But that would defeat the purpose of organization!

Thanks.

Hello Nicholas.
This is intended sharing behaviour. The shared folder is not listed in All Spaces. Once you reach it via the link, you can add it to you Favorites.
