New suggestion, what do you think?

It should be possible to set certain options generally or domain wide: Each time I create a new user he has US-formatted dates and AM/PM which makes no sense here in the EU. Also the standard Out-of-Office replies have a very non-business-esque text that I would like to change. These template settings should be changeable by the administrator so that the users inherit them.

The date / time format setting is dependent on the primary browser languange. So if I log into a German browser the date and time is automatically displayed

dd.mm.yy hh:mm

The out-of-office replies are normally defined by the user.

I'm going to guess that ralfonat is here in the UK. My browser language is set to "English United Kingdom en-GB", however Kerio seems to ignore this and format the date and time US style. I think it also sets your spell check dictionary to US.
