Upgraded to the latest version as of 09/22/11. 7.2.3
Also, updated the Certificate for the Kerio Webmail address.

Started receiving bounced emails and then messages that Blackberry could no longer access the email account. Validation failing. This is for our only 2 blackberry users. So more than one phone.

Deleted the old certificate for Kerio on the phone and updated to the new one.

Just trying to connect via pop.

Validation fails using both the handheld device and the Blackberry Internet Service where you can add an e-mail. Tried all sorts of settings.

No problem getting into the Kerio Webmail or using Outlook on the desktop.

In the past it was sufficient to just supply the email address and password.

Any ideas where the problem lies?
