[25/Sep/2011 03:34:09] ActiveSync: Inconsistent synchronization. The device has sent the invalid SyncKey ...........

And the list keeps on going forever.. it's spamming the hell out of my Warning-log.

I tried to remove and setup the mail account on that phone, but after a few hours/days it comes back with these messages.

Any idea of what could be going on?

I had this problem as well, the way i resolved it was going into the kerio admin console. Select the user and click mobile devices, remove all mobile devices and setup the account again on the mobile.

What i would suggest is make sure your up to date using the latest kerio version.

Delete the mail account on the mobile first.

Remove the mobile device in kerio admin

Add the account back into android phone

Hi,

Old thread - same problem.

Is this still the only cure for this perticular problem? I have aprox 100 users spamming my warning.log.

ActiveSync: Inconsistent synchronization. The device has sent the invalid SyncKey

Having the same issue here with several users. Is this the only viable workaround for this issue? One of my users travels a lot and is hard to pin down and It will take some time to coordinate removing and re-adding his account on his device.

as long as you don't press 'wipe' and press 'remove' this will resync the device. It may help, not had the error.

I'm getting this too; had no problems before 8.3.2. Looks like all users' mobile devices (at least iOS) including mine. Removed my devices and rebooting server. Will update soon.

Removed my device, now it will not connect. Anyone know what messages in the debug log to turn on to see what's going on??
