Last Friday I updated KC from 7.2.3-4971 to 7.2.3-5179-p1. I just noticed today that it doesn't seem like the spam filtering is scoring messages.

We are in the process of migrating from our old system (hMailServer) to KC. All of our incoming mail is still going through the old system which marks spam messages by tagging the subject. Our firewall does this as well. I attached a screenshot of the custom rules that look for these tags and adjust the spam score in KC. The "Last Used Before" time on these rules show that they haven't been used since last Friday, but there have been plenty of emails with these tags in the subject since then. Our quarantine address hasn't received anything that KC has marked as spam. None of the emails going through KC have the X-Spam-Status header since.

I rebooted KC, which cleared the spam log. I sent an email to myself that contained all of the tags from our custom rules in the subject line, which should give it a score of 8. This email passed through without KC marking it as spam, without adding the X-Spam-Status header, and without an entry in the spam log.

So, I'm not sure if I'm missing something or what.

Thanks!

Nevermind. It was something I did. The spam filter was being bypassed.

Thanks anyway!
