You must have the services enabled (POP3, IMAP) and you must have the correct ports open on the firewall.

Thank you for your answer, is there a setting in the main control panel, under the configuration/services tab everything is running. All the ports are open correctly on the router and the firewall seems to be set correctly.

Your help would be very much appreciated.

Are the ports configured on the client the same as specified on the Kerio server?

What happens when you try to telnet to the ip:port?

I'd turn on the debug log and observe a connection attempt.
