We are running Workspace on the same server as Kerio Mailserver and because we use webmail via https we use different port for Workspace https.
Unfortunately hyperlink in email notifications sent by Kerio Workspace does not include port number. When the user click on hyperlink then the webmail (on default https port) is opened.
It would help if the link does not contain "https" but only "http", then I can manage with "Redirect all requests to HTTPS" in admin-Configuration-Web server ports.

I have tested both http and https and force redirect, and it all works.

Can you explain your process?

The problem is with hyperlink in the notification email. Although Workspace server run on different port, let say 444, the link in email is without this port, so clic on link does not open Workspace but other HTTPS webpage on the server on port 443.

Not my experience.

Which link are you referring to? The link on the title of the page to the link? See screenshots.

Yes, exactly. I have problem with missing port, how did you get there?
The problem in my case occurs after editing word document (workspace client installed, comment entered just when saving changes).

I didnt do anything? What version are you running? This is with the newest 1.1.0.

Theoretically the editing of documents shouldnt matter, because this only emails when a comment is entered.

Hello,

this is a known bug in version 1.1.0. It happens only when the author submitted the comment using the desktop client. In all other cases, the hyperlink is OK, containing the correct port number.
