Hi,

If we use Kerio webmail, we can use "Subscribe Shared folder" function, can Apple Mail do that?

Thanks.

Yes. Ctrl-click on any folder in the Kerio "Exchange IMAP" account and select "Get account info". You'll get a window where you can subscribe and unsubscribe public folders.

Thanks you reply, but I mean user's shared folder, for example userA shared inbox folder to userB to access, userB can get userA's shared folder from Kerio webmail, can Apple Mail do that?
Thanks.

If you subscribe to the user's shared folder in Webmail, it will also appear in Apple Mail. There's no (obvious) way to subscribe to a user folder directly from Apple Mail.
