I migrated a user into Kerio Connect. This user's account took up about 4GB.

This morning I noticed a message repeated many times in the error log from last night after the migration:

user_stats.cpp: Message quota for user xxxxxx<_at_>company.com falls below zero: attempt to decrement from 0 by 1

We don't have any quotas set for any users right now, so I'm not sure what this means. Also, when I look at that user's statistics in Kerio Admin, it says Disk Space: 661.7 MB, item count: 14. I looked into the user's account an all of the folders and thousands of messages are still there, and her Outlook/KOFF seem to be working fine.

Thanks!

Today the system reports the user mailbox size is 678 MB with 125 items. It seems that it is only counting items delivered since the migration, even though everything is actually there.

i have the same issue, it seems like the index and quota has to be reindexed.

does anybody knows how this can be done?

Where did you the user migrate from? And how?

Renaming the index.fld to index.bad starts re-indexing.

I used the Kerio IMAP migration tool to migrate the account from hMailServer, both on our network.

I will try reindexing.
