Delegation is fixed but subscription via iCal in 10.7.2 is not working.

If I subscribe to https://webmail.ihmc.us/ical/mbowers@ihmc.us/Van I get an error "A calendar wasn't found on https://webmail.ihmc.us/ical/mbowers<_at_>ihmc.us/Van. Check the URL."

Looking in the debug.log I see the following:
[26/Oct/2011 10:07:45][2983440384] {webdav} GET /ical/mbowers%40ihmc.us/Van received from remote host='10.1.3.1', user-agent='CalendarStore/5.0.1 (1139.14); iCal/5.0.1 (1547.4); Mac OS X/10.7.2 (11C73)'
[26/Oct/2011 10:07:45][2983440384] {webdav} Cannot parse uri: /ical/mbowers%40ihmc.us/Van
[26/Oct/2011 10:07:45][2983440384] {https} Response: HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized

When subscribing from 10.6.8 the GET command is GET /ical/mbowers<_at_>ihmc.us/Van so I think the problem is that Apple is now changing the @ to %40 and Kerio Connect is not recognizing the %40 as an @
