I have some users that, when doing a search in Outlook 2007 after switching to KC/KOFF, get an error:

"The operation failed because of a registry or installation problem. Restart Outlook and try again. If the problem persists, reinstall."

Restarting does help for a bit, but it still happens fairly often.

Just curious to know if anyone has seen this before (we are pretty new to KC), and if this is a KOFF thing or just Outlook.


KC 7.2.3 patch 1 build 5179 on Windows Server 2003 Ent.
Outlook 2007 on Windows 7
