Is it posible to add an account as bcc for every mail, that is going out through Kerio Connect?
For incoming mails it can be done with forwarding to..., but I didn't find an possibility to do this for outgoing mails.

This feature is no available in Kerio Connect. You can however send all outgoing emails though relay SMTP server which can do that for you.

Also some users are using archive feature ( http://manuals.kerio.com/connect/adminguide/en/sect-archivin g.html) to send a copy of all incoming/outgoing emails to specific email address.
