Hi.

Yesterday we updated the server to 7.3.0.

One of the clients running WinXP Sp3 with Outlook 2010 and KOFF restarted Outlook and got the usual upgrade-prompt. Then after download Outlook hung. After restart we get the error

Quote:
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong version.
This could have been caused by installing messaging software. Please reinstall Outlook.

I have tried the following:

1. Repair Office 2010
2. Completely remove office 2010 and reinstall
3. Remove all Kerio installs and reinstall KOFF
4. I tried the "fixmapi.exe" solution as described here: http:// office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/wrong-version-of-map i32-dll-HP001116478.aspx.
5. I tried the rename MSMAPI32.DLL solution described here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926196

But no luck. Still the same error message. Anyone has any suggestions?

Regards Joa
