So we've been running Kerio for over a year now without any problems. In July I got complaints that some users couldn't get access to the webmail site. Entering the webmail address into the browser would just cause the browser to search for the website. It would do this for about 5 mins.
If lucky the Kerio login page would finally appear. When they login however, the webmail client would be excruciatingly slow. Sometimes the browser would just return an error.

Here's the thing. It only does this at certain locations outside of our LAN. I just noticed that I am getting this problem at home, but other locations are connecting just fine. I tested it at a local Apple store and was able to get to the website very fast. I also tested it at a few friends' houses and I connect fine with regular speed.

All required ports are opened. I even tried testing by switching the webmail to other ports with no luck.
We also have two other web servers that I can access from home just fine which leads me to think that it's not an ISP issue. It just seems that Kerio's Webmail doesn't want to let me in on certain public addresses.

A little side note: I can send and receive mail through IMAP just fine on my home network.

I've been tearing my hair out over this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried to clear the check-box for

Log hostname for incoming connections

We had the slow login problem from some external addresses and the un-ticking of that check box solved it. It is in the advanced section of the admin console.
