After thinking about MTU, i finally override MTU and synchronise with my ISP.

I got brutal performances!!
How calculate MTU?
I will not explain much what is MTU and other but,
use command prompt:
ping -l 1470
if your ping get time out you need change (smaller) size number to get proper ping, number must be maximum possible.
And just that number + 28 = your MTU

Your native network work with MTU 1500.
So calculating max possible ping size +28.

for me was:
max ping size = 1464
my MTU = 1492.

This numbers depends by ISP, and you can override MTU on appliance easy and on windows (use google how to)

I hope that info will help someone.

Question cannot be stupid, but some of the answers can.
