Could it be possible to deliver/forward an alias to an external email address? I've had some users that I don't want to create the accounts for, but want to create aliases to accept mail for them, then forward the emails to their personal email addresses.

Currently we only have a 2 choices, to deliver to an existing account or the public inbox.

Thanks,

Alias can be pointed to any email address.. not just local user or public folder, please read http://manuals.kerio.com/connect/adminguide/en/sect-aliases. html

Thanks for the info. I didn't realize it could accept the external address. According to the manual, it only mentioned 2 options:

Description

Text description of the alias. May be left blank.
Deliver To

Where messages to this address will be sent to. Select the place where the messages will be stored:

Email address -- an email address. Click Select to select a user or a group from the list.

Public folder -- name of the public folder in this format: #public/Folder. This item is active only in case at least one public folder of Mail type has been created.

Ok.. that wish was granted so quickly. I've another one on my wish list for Santa Smile

In Webmail folder list, could it be possible to make all special folders (Send Items, Deleted Items, Notes, Outbox, Junk E-mail, etc..) to stay on top, to make it like favorites folders in Outlook?

Thanks,
