I've had to switch our accounts machine to use imap to connect to kerio due to the following issue with koff and sage outlook integration.

When selecting to email reports or invoices from within sage it inserts the email into your inbox ready for editing.

However when you open up the email in the inbox so that you can edit and send it there is no option to do either.

With our old exchange server account it works as it does with imap so it appears to be a koff issue.

Anyone else had this, got a fix for it?

Hi Flyingcanoe,

I've had no update regarding this so stuck with IMAP for the time being. For the purposes of kerio trouble shooting.

I'm running this on Terminal server 2008 R2 with Outlook 2010 and Sage Instant accounts.

What setup do you have?
