Making the huge assuption that your clients are all Windows based and your users will authenticate against your Windows server, you can deploy the client software using the MSI installer and group policy and use a simple batch file to run once for each user, something like....
if "%PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE%"=="AMD64" goto 64
if "%PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE%"=="x86" goto 86

:64
c:\
cd "Program Files (x86)\Kerio\Outlook Connector (Offline Edition)"
PROFILECREATOR /profile=Kerio /host=yourmailserver.yourdomain.com /spa /rename
goto END

:86
c:\
cd "Program Files\Kerio\Outlook Connector (Offline Edition)"
PROFILECREATOR /profile=Kerio /host=yourmailserver.yourdomain.com /spa /rename
goto END

:END
exit

That is exactly what I am lookig for.

So I assume that user won't be questioned for outlook settings but only to insert username and password?

Assuming a Windows domain environment the user shouldn't be prompted for anything at all if the batch file is run once they've logged on.

I have tested this, but still outlook deosn't recognize kerio. I need to set up outlook so it doesn't ask for user settings but open kerio connector for username and password. Is there a script to setup a Outlook for kerio?

What happens when you run the batch file? If you alter the batch file and change
:END
exit
to
:END
pause
then run it in a DOS window you may see what is stopping it.

Also is the Outlook connecter software is installed correctly?

I've seen that error with a corrupt local Kerio cache.

However, have a look here:

There is a way. Not support by Kerio, but I have done this before. Below is a .REG file that you can import when the user signs in. This should put enough in the registry for the current user that Outlook will just start up. Just put in your mail server's name or IP address. I believe it will work for both the Offline w/o Cache, and the Offline with Cache, but you will want to test first.

Did the registry file import work, and the user didn't have to do any setup?

PROFILECREATOR /profile=Kerio /host=yourmailserver.yourdomain.com /spa /rename /offline
goto END

:END
exit

I found out that this works ok just missing parameter /offline.
After adding /offline to both lines it works great.

But there is one thing if someone can help me.
How to add to this batch file that first checks if kerio profile is already created, than skips this script above. If there is no profile at all it makes kerio profile.

How to do that?
I have deployed this settings to client, but it is only for the current user. When some other login, than kerio profile is not created.
