Hi All,

OK so here's what I did - hopefully someone can tell me where i went wrong and why my outlook isn't working...

o/s Windows 7 Pro 64-bit
Installed Office 2010 32-bit
Opened web browser to url for servername
Clicked on integrate with windows
Downloaded and installed connector from link on server page (kerio.com/get.php?product=kerio-connect-koff-win&buildv ersion=7.0.1.1249)

Ran mail from control panel to create new profile called Outlook using kerio connector and defaults as per other PCs (others are Office 2003)

Opened outlook to receive error message:
Cannot open your default e-mail folders. 0x8004010f: MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND

username and password are correct as I have tested them via the webmail interface.
Have tried emptying cache, recreating profile, restarting outlook, restarting PC.
Hope you can help!
Thanks!

You need to:
1. Upgrade to Kerio Connect 7.1.0 and later.
2. Start Outlook 2010 BEFORE installing Kerio Outlook Connector and let Outlook to configure MAPI (eg. by creating an empty profile with no email account).

Thanks, I'll try that in a bit and get back to you. Do you have a link for the latest version download?

Hi there, I just wanted to double check - are you saying we will need to upgrade the mail server software to a later version? Is this free of charge and is there an upgrade path from version 7.0.1249 so that all settings and accounts are kept?
Thanks

With valid subscription (Software Maintenance), you can upgrade your product to any newer version, see for more: http://www.kerio.com/support/software-maintenance
If your subscription expired, you can install version(s) released before expiration day. Older versions are available at http://download.kerio.com/archive

Upgrade is described in Administrator's Guide: http://www.kerio.com/connect/manual

HI,
Ok, I've upgraded Kerio Connect to version 7.1.4.2985.
I've uninstalled the older Outlook Connector Offline Edition off the Windows 7 PC.
I rebooted the PC, opened outlook to create a blank default Outlook profile, re-installed the Outlook Connector Offline Edition as version 7.1.4.2985 and then opened outlook and added a new account as before.

I have exactly the same error message now: 0x8004010f: MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND

Also, do existing clients now need to upgrade their version of Outlook Connector?

Hope you can help,

Thanks

Hi, Can anyone help with this?
I have upgraded to a later version of Kerio connect and the KOFF but still get Mapi errors as per previous post.
Thanks

Well, all sorted in the end, and if anyone else has problems like this I thought it best to post the solution.
Server was upgraded to 7.3.
Outlook Connector was upgraded to 7.3
Logged on to Mail server.
Stopped Kerio
Deleted folder "__Keriomapi__STORE" from Kerio mail store location, domain folder, users folder. Folder was 41mb which according to Kerio is huge for that folder so may have been the cause of the problem.
Restarted Kerio service
Re-ran the auto configuration tool from the Kerio Mail server home page.
Launched Outlook, waited patiently for a few minutes - auto sync started - all OK Smile
