Hi,

Currently I have two pending tickets, eg. one was created on 22.11.2011 >> still no reply!
In the meantime I fixed most of the issues for my own....

I'm very happy with kerio-connect since years now.....Please understand this post just as a constructive criticism.

Hi Tiberius,
I checked now English support queue and there are no tickets over SLA - two days. Similar situation is for German, Russian or Czech queue.
Please check messages you got they are not in "Awaiting Bug Fix", "Closed" or "Awaiting Customer Reply".

I don't have your ticket numbers, so I cannot help you more.
Your response (reply) to any ticket will automatically re-open ticket, so that we can continue to help you.

Your both ticket are closed.
There is problem your reply to first ticket was not delivered to our system for some reason. Then you called to German support and sent reply as new ticket and it was closed (I don't know why).
I forwarded these ticket numbers to technical support internal conference, these tickets should be merged together (I will do it)
