Hello. I hope someone can help me with this. I'm running Outlook 2010 64 bit and installed Kerio Outlook Connector 7.3 64 bit. When I start Outlook with Kerio profile, it says "Your version of the Kerio Outlook Connector is not compatible with your mailserver version." It then tries to install a compatible version. The update fails with error 28110 "This installation does not support the 64-bit version of Microsoft Outlook". It then says "Cannot open your default e-mail folders. Kerio Outlook Connector needs to create a local message store. It is impossible to create a local message store in Offline mode."

We use Kerio Connect 7.2.3 Patch 1

Any ideas? Thanks.

I would try removing KOFF completely, then reinstall it.

Support for 64bit Outlook has been added in Connect 7.3. You have to upgrade your server to the 7.3 in order to use 64bit KOFF on clients.
