hi There,

not sure if this request was already answered.

is there a way to perform backup of only certain mailboxes (top management) on regular basis..? i did not see any GUI option for this.

It is all or nothing. But as all data for a user in one folder-tree, you could just copy the folders of the relevant users with some backup software.

is it possible to schedule a copy of certain mailbox folders when Kerio Connect is running..?

This works for us, but we only use it to restore single messages (if a user has deleted a message from the recycle bin by error).

To restore a user completely, you would also need the user.cfg file. You might also have incosistend index file, which would be rebuilt upon restore.
