Using Kerio Connect 7.2.0 - When I have a user that is in two different mailing lists and mail is sent to both mailing lists, the user gets two emails (duplicates). I'm not sure if this is a Kerio Connect issue or an Outlook 2007 issue.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Chris

I think it's correct behaviour.
Message has been sent to two mailing lists, user is member of both, so he received two messages. Each was processed by another mailing list (possible different policy, prefix, footer etc.). These messages are not identical.
Why you think it's a issue?

New user just coming over from MS Exchange, where it was smart enough to know the same address was Iin there twice and streamlined it. Perhaps this is a case of needing to use groups instead of mailing lists?

Is Kerio smart enough to trim the mail list if the user is in 2 groups and both are addressed?

Thanks,

Chris

Delivery via groups works as you expect, because message is not modified. Kerio Connect will detect "duplicate" message and a messages will be delivered only once. (It's same to situation you copy same recipient to TO, CC, BCC)
