I received several claims from users, saying that Kerio (webmail) is working slow. This happens since we moved to 7.3.1 last week. We work on a Red Hat Linux box, with an array of 15 k SAS disks and so, the Hard Disk performance seems not to be the problem ( and in fact there has been no changes on it).

I noted, in the linux console, that the "load average" has incrased a lot: formerly, they was in 3 or 4 under standard traffic condition and now it is working between 6 to 9.

We have a dual processor Quad Xeon box (that is 8 processors) with 8GB memory. Processor and memory were not "an issue" for Kerio (only the HD I/O performance was).

Does somebody has noted similar fall in performance? Any idea? I think that "full search" process is taken some resorces but it is also clear, that Kerio is not taken advantage of 64 bytes architecture in Linux and that should also be considered.
