This user has about 3600 events in his calendar. We have iCal setup using CalDAV on his iMac running 10.6.8 with 4GB of RAM. When launched, iCal spins in an attempt to sync with the server but never does. In the meantime, it chews up all available system memory until a dialog pops up offering to force quit iCal, stating that not enough startup disk space remains for application memory. This is not true, since hard drive space is plentiful. But available RAM is not at this point. This all started with the upgrade to Connect 7.3. Seems to be an issue with the large number of events he has and iCal under 10.6.8 (and 7.3). Will an update to 7.3.1 fix this?
