I can not see the folder contents of blackbarry ... synchronizes only new messages! how do you sync the messages to old and those who are moved manually?

I can see the point explained in the article you linked, but my problem is not that I can't see old emails, but I can't even see the most recent ones unless they are inside Inbox, even if I set the BES to synchronize all folders of the account.

How many users do you have on Blackberries? I don't want to sound ultra negative, but I nearly lost my job because of Kerio Blackberry Connector. To be quite blunt, it does not work as they advertise it. If you have more than a handful of Blackberries, you are going to be under immense stress when the kerio connector corrupts the BES database beyond repair. It happened four times to me and tech support said it is not repairable. Words can't even begin to describe the stress I've had in the last three weeks implementing Kerio Connect. We moved from Exchange 2003 with Bes Express to Kerio Connect. The first 19 Blackberry users were ok. As you see, not all folders sync. Most especially, if you send something from your computer, it does NOT show as a sent item on the Blackberry. We could live with that, though many, many people were upset about it. The fact that Kerio Blackberry Connector has fatal bugs in it is unacceptable to anyone who wishes to retain their job. I'm not exaggerating.

Kerio Connect is a good email solution and it keep getting better. But, if you have lots of Blackberries, like us, you'd better be prepared for unimaginable stress. I'm still digging out from this nightmare. I've had to buy 60 licenses of AstraSync, just so our people can do their job. I bought Kerio Connect SPECIFICALLY because of Blackberry support. I'm beyond disappointed. I'm still trying to save my job and be able to keep my son in college.

I'm hoping they will have a fix. The developers said they might have one in version 7.4 but it's not even near beta yet. They are reworking the database structure. I wouldn't risk my job running a beta anyway. I truly want Kerio to be successful. The tech support has always been friendly and helpful. I don't want to bash Kerio. I just want to be able to support my 70 Blackberry users. I can't use BES Express with Kerio. I hope you have better success.

With Exchange connected to BES Express, by default only the Inbox and Sent Items are synced.

But you can sync any other folder by ticking it in the "folder redirection" area. This can either be done on the device or on the BES WebAdmin Console. See details here:

http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displa yKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB04297

I am not sure and I haven't tested if the same works with Kerio connected to BES Express. I guess it is just a matter of trying.

I ticked them in the "folder redirection" area, but the problem is that I can only see unread messages inside those folders.

This is a setting within the e-mail options. Set

"Hide filed messages" to "No"

on your Blackberry device.
