I have a few Outlook 2011 users having this problem so need a solution. It seems the pattern is both users have fairly complicated structures, multiple subfolders within other subfolders. Here is an example of what the structure should be.

-inbox
--folder 1
--folder 2
--folder 3
-sent items
-deleted items
-folder 4
--folder 5
--folder 6
---folder 7

In Outlook this is what happens:

-inbox
--folder 1
-sent items
-deleted items
-folder 4
-folder 5
-folder 6
-folder 7

So folders that are supposed to be sub folders are shows as root folders.

All users have been migrated from Entourage 2004.

Any ideas? Kerio Support are trying to find a solution but not yet.

I have many more users to migrate so need to find a solution.

What is the structure like when you look at web mail or at the actual folder / file structure on the server ?

Hi, I'm experiencing the above having just migrated from Mac to PC server. Did you ever find a solution?

Regards,

Simon

Hi, it was a problem with Outlook 2011 in the end. I think I had to stop the mail server. Delete the users journal file and the open the server again. Then re set up the user in outlook.

Perfect. That's resolved my issue.

Thanks,

Simon
