Hi,

I have a big problem.

Last week our mail server crashes. Once restore, we used the new version. After that i connected outlook with kerio, it asks for upgrade connect and upgraded. Once upgraded, it delete all the inbox and contacts. i have only send items and deleted items only in the inbox.

I did a pc backup(not outlook) two weeks before. It have a copy of pst files and store.fdb. Is any way i can restore missing files from these?

Also, i have all the contacts in my iPhone. if i sync to the new server it will delete from the phone. In my phone, contacts are stored(synced) under my email account, not on the phone contacts.

Regards,

Aslam

Aslam, best way to get help the quick and acurate help is to go to your admin interface and make a support case.

Some things to keep in mind:
- Restoring should be done using the backups Kerio has made through it's backup function.
- If you have a full backup, don't worry you'll get information back
- Note that when you're restoring a backup, you should use kmsrecover and apply the backup to the same version of Kerio Connect as was installed before.
