Recently I added a domain alias to a primary local domain.But I cannot use alias domain name to login via pop or web.how to fix it?

usermane<_at_>domain auth is ok.
username<_at_>alias-domain auth is fail.

You can't use alias domain to log in. Think of it like the alias for email accounts, but on a domain level.

You can read in the manual:

Domain aliases can be used only for email delivery. It is not possible to use them for user authentication at Kerio MailServer
