I have a customer using Kerio Operator and also an ERP system. The ERP system he's using supports a TAPI connection with a phonebox, is it possible to connect this to there Kerio Operator server?

Nope, TAPI is common used with PSTN(POTS)/ISDN line.
What must it do from the ERP? Must it be that the ERP can dial a number what's in the ERP?
Because there are ERP/CRM software that support SIP/IAX and Cisco VoIP protocol.
Sometimes it will work with a command to the VoIP phone. Tiptel/Yealink and Snom has this kind of commands within there phones.
There are some VoIP PBX systems that support TAPI 3.0, but Operator (Asterisk) isn't.

Perhaps you can find a program that support TAPI3 to SIP (Asterisk), but I don't know if it works.

A typical method for integrating CRM/ERP systems with Asterisk-based PBXes is to use the Asterisk Management Interface (AMI). I plan to have access to the AMI in the next major version after Operator 1.2.

sip tapi works on most sip based systems.

ipcom.at

If you want real ERP integration or phone integration look at

ingeniussoftware.com

I use both on non-asterisk based systems and they work fine.
