Hi,

I created some music files - both .gsm and .wav but I can't get operator to load the files.

Am I missing something?

Double extension error!
Just use .gsm or .wav not .gsm.wav Wink
And why don't you record your welcome message by a phone.
Operator has the option (86) to record messages and save them.

According to the file utility, the contents of the file is probably MP3. Please use a real GSM or uncompressed WAV or record over the phone, as Carlo proposes.

Hey Guys,

Thanks for the replies.

Prefer to record it properly in a sound treated room and better quality then handset can bring - will you hear it on the other line? Probably not but if the resources are there might as well make the most of them.

Do you guys know of any resource to convert m4a to wav or gsm?

Regards,
Dave.

On a PC, I rather like Audials One:

That should work for you. Can't speak for Mac's, though.
